The Environmental Simulation Lab operates pressure test chambers that can determine if your product will withstand the crushing pressures at the ocean depths, and vacuum chambers that will test its response to high altitude or sudden loss of pressure.
We can test for leaks using a variety of test methods and standards.

Altitude:
- One meter cubed chamber, to 80,000 feet Temperature control below 60,000 ft.
- Rapid decompression – 40,000 ft to 10,000 ft in under 10 seconds
Vacuum:
- Small chamber (approx 1 ft 3)
- Up to -95 kPaFor leakage testing, or as supplementary vacuum for altitude chamber

External Pressure:
- Medium pressure (to 1250 psi).
- 3 m long x 1 m dia
- High Pressure (15,000 psi).
- 1.2 m long x 0.6 m dia
